HOTEL INFORMATION

A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton at a preferred room rate of $92.00 per night.

The Hotel is comprised of kings (one bedded rooms), doubles (two bedded rooms) and or queens (one or two bedded rooms). Hotel rooms are subject to applicable state, local taxes (currently 13% per room per night) and room surcharges such as are in effect at time of check-in.

Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling the hotel at 410-859-8400 by 3PM Tuesday July 19, 2011. They must identify themselves as members of the 5th Armored Division Association. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If guest does not check-in OR has not cancelled their reservation by 24 hours prior to arrival, 1 night room & tax will be charged to guest’s credit card.

There is an on-site restaurant and coffee café.

The hotel provides 24 hour service to BWI airport, the light rail and Amtrak stations by the hotel shuttle.
